Looking for a specific fish? Our Internal Sales Department assistants have expert knowledge of the different fish species and their seasons. They can tell you exactly which fish are in season and which advantages they have. Is convenience an important issue for you? We would be pleased to discuss with you the various ways in which we can process and pack your order. Several of our internal sales consultants have worked in the hospitality trade themselves and can therefore offer you great advice on different ways of preparing the fish or on compiling your menus.

Fresh Daily
Contact our Internal Sales Department, if you would like to receive daily updates about our supplies of fresh fish. They will be happy to add you to our “Fresh daily and in season” mailing list. You will receive a daily overview by fax and/or e-mail with all the fresh products for that day. If desired, our sales department can also contact you personally to make a note of your requirements. This even makes it possible for the fish to be on your menu the same day.
